Privacy Policy

Entry confirmation. When you accept our terms, we record that you confirmed you are 21 or older, that you understand this is for research education only, and the date, along with your IP address and browser information.

Your conversations with Alora. We store your chat messages, a session identifier, and your IP address. If you share your first name or email during the chat, we save those too. We also keep simple usage counts to prevent abuse of the service.

Emails you request. If you give us your email to receive a summary or follow-up guidance, we save your name, your goal, and a summary of the conversation so the emails are useful. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Goals and quiz answers. If you complete our intake questions, we save your answers (such as your goal, experience level, and preferences) so Alora can give you relevant guidance.

Product clicks. When you tap a product link, we record which product you viewed, the destination, the date, your IP address, and basic browser information, so we can understand what's useful to researchers.

Your account (if you create one). If you sign up, we store your profile details, your conversations, any files or lab reports you upload, and the research pathways you follow, so you can pick up where you left off.

We never sell your personal information.

• Arbor Research. When you follow a product link, you leave Ask Alora and visit the Arbor Research store, which has its own privacy policy. Purchases and orders are handled entirely by Arbor Research — Ask Alora never sees your order or payment details.
• Service providers. We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, and AI answer generation. They only receive what they need to perform those services.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law.
